I had an outstanding experience! From the first moment I walked in YEARS ago, the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, helping me find the perfect vehicle within my budget. The entire process was smooth, and I never felt pressured. The dealership had a great selection of cars, and I could tell they genuinely care about their customers. The finance department was transparent and worked with me to get the best deal possible. Dan is AMAZING! He always goes above and beyond! YEARS later, I have never went anywhere else for my car purchases, and will continue to go here! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience. I’ll definitely be back for my next purchase really soon!!

Texas dad here, helping my daughter buy a Jeep in Chicago. I wasn't sure how that task would go. Other dealers had obstacle after obstacle, Tony with Fortune had solutions for every question. Jenn who is 23 would tell me Fortune had a good vibe from the start. As it turns out she was right. Thank you so much Tony for making this a great experience.

I went in to look for my first car and I bought a 2019 Kia Forte the very next day with the help of Tony Ayala. Very nice and will help you as best as he can! SO SO HAPPY I found a newer car with VERY low miles!
